St. Peter's Church & Cemetery is a National Historic Landmark, and it is one of the churches of Bishop William White. Little has changed to this Colonial Era building since the day it opened for worship in 1761. The steeple was designed by William Strickland who was known as the “city architect” because he created a large number of Philadelphia’s public buildings.
This historic church and cemetery is home to many ghost stories, on the Spirits of '76 Ghost Tour you will be told three! Hear "The Trilogy of Terror" on the Spirits of '76 Ghost Tour!
